When you fill out our contact form, we voluntarily collect:

• The content of your message
• The site language used (French or English)

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with any third party.

Navigation data (with your consent)

If you accept cookies via our consent banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site:

• Anonymized IP address
• Device type, browser, operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, traffic sources
• Approximate location (country, region)

This data is used in aggregate form to improve our content. We do not seek to identify you personally.

3. Purposes of Use

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your contact inquiries

• Contact form: up to 3 years after the last exchange, then deletion
• Google Analytics: 14 months maximum (default setting)
• Cookie preferences: in your browser only, until you clear your data

Under Quebec Law 25, you have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
• Withdraw your consent at any time (via the cookie banner or by contacting us)
• Request deletion of your data (right to erasure)
• Data portability: receive your data in a structured format
• File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca)

8. Security

We implement reasonable measures (HTTPS encryption, secure hosting, restricted access) to protect your data. No system is infallible, but we commit to notifying you without delay in the event of a confidentiality incident affecting your information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page indicates the last revision. A significant change will be flagged to you on your next visit.
